I haven't heard of Mull before, but this seems to be a rebuttal to the claim in the title, if you look at the quoted section of the reddit post and click through to the context where the trackers shown being removed are the ones Mull was accused of having.
I think this makes the title on this HN post quite misleading.
The title is blatant misinformation and easily disproven by looking into it.
The thread itself on CKTN is weird and misleading also.
