I mean, you need to make a decision, if you want to charge your future BEV at night or have house where you can't park.
On HN, if you post an article about EVs, you'll inevitably get a reply or two about how you shouldnt focus on EVs, but instead defeat NIMBYs, build more dense housing and prioritize walking, busses and public transport.

This however, is the first time I've seen someone respond to an article that explicitly advocates for all those things, and dismiss their ideas because you need to plug your EV in.

Notably, this comment seems to come from someone who doesn't even like EVs.

I wonder if all the other comments actually come from people who don't like walkable cities, but just like to talk down EVs or otherwise project an air of cynicism?
