This looks quite interesting! Do you also consider the technical expertise of the candidates (based on their past experience) while screening the resumes?
The resume screener automatically takes the skills of the candidates into account. However, we do not scan for exactly how much experience a candidate has in a particular field, as we believe that is a job best left to recruiters based on their company requirements.
