Domain Is for Sale, but It's Expensive (caplet.com)

I'd never seen this before, but http://www.erights.org/ displays a banner advertising that the website's domain is for sale.

Might wanna ask them to set the correct content-type for their HTML (the heck is 'text/x-server-parsed-html'??), cos i'm looking at the raw source when viewing that site
