My wife, in collaboration with Claude, has over the past couple of days worked on this White Paper based on her idea of using Operant Conditioning - something used in dog training - to work collaboratively with AI. Her background is not technical and mostly in psychology and human behaviour.
I know I may be bias, but as someone working on looking at how we implement AI in our business this was actually just a really good and easy to read paper on the topic.
