Ask HN: Is it possible to set up a virtuous cycle of Kagi use?
Is it possible for hobby webmasters to query the referrer when visitors come to the site, and show any visitors that arrived via google a testimonial regarding Kagi?
It may be more or less appropriate depending on the site content, but I think it would be so great to see.
Are there any Kagi employees that could advocate internally for a single "toolbox" or modular site element that could be included in an interested site that would maximize click-through? (I am thinking that you understand, and can pitch, your product better than your customers, even if they are really happy with your product.)
Is the referrer string reliable enough to use in this way? Is this a place where google's interest in tracking everyone might work against them?
