This is ghastly. While I "understand" promoting oil and gas, some directions seem odd:

> remove protections for the greater Yellowstone ecosystem’s population of grizzly bears, and bar the Department of the Interior from creating a working group to help restore bison populations

What benefit does this give anyone?

Comic book villain stuff. It boggles the mind that anyone could think those are a good idea.
