My colleagues are selling AI snake oil to non-tech bosses; what do I do?
- Gather all the evidence facts and/or observations broken down as such
- Present said evidence to leaders showing how it may harm the company and/or make them look bad if this may be the case.
- Exclude unverifiable observations, opinions and emotion. WWSD What Would Spock Do
- Present the verifiable information in an email audit trail then go about your day moving onto the next task without dwelling on the issue and without discussing it with coworkers.
