I doubt it would be down for everyone as I assume it uses anycast. Working fine here.

Works for me from several locations: Toronto Canada, Fremont CA, Los Angeles CA, Rocky Mountains. Perhaps jgrahamc will see your question. Unrelated but interesting I was getting intermittent errors trying to post to HN.
