I thought this sounded familiar, but I guess the previous suit was from California, and this one is at the national level.

Last time this happened the guy was awarded $3 million from Tesla.

Seems like a pretty simple way to make a load of money.

This kind of stuff happens in blue collar environments. If you have a bad culture and don’t immediately address it then it grows into a huge liability. Considering their safety culture is lax it’s not surprising they are also lax on radical racism
