Very nice that a RISC-V based laptop is, or is getting to market.

But: if advertized everywhere as using TH1520, then delivered with a JH7110 inside, that should be considered outright fraud. There's no other way to say it.

From what I've read the TH1520 is significantly faster than JH7110. But regardless, replacing one with another means not delivering what buyers paid for.

Makers of this laptop, if you're reading this: update your marketing materials to reflect what actually gets delivered to buyers. If a buyer purchases X, deliver X.

If you can't do that: prepare for product returns, lawsuits (which you will loose), and lots & lots of negative press.

I would certainly tend to give you benefit of the doubt. Few would fault you for making 'last minute' spec changes. But many would fault you for delivering a product unlike what's advertized.

Most ignored this device, thanks to cryptocurrency/NFT references in marketing, a red flag.

In hindsight, it turned out to be the right decision.
