I'm not up to date on this. Has that Twitter account really been verified to be Satoshi? I recall a few high profile Twitter hacks that affected celebrities in the last few years, but I suppose if the whitepaper is high quality enough, then it will seem plausible.

It's a user named Satoshi. Is there anything to say this is Satoshi? And what are the odds the new owners don't control this account now?

I wonder their use of the term "predicate machine" indicates that Satoshi works in a medical-related domain?
