Ask HN: Paid for X Premium and still no access
It is the oddest thing, and I wonder if others have encountered this issue. I paid for X premium on Sept 7 and still have no access to the features or blue checkmark. I have opened several tickets with X support and I get the same canned replies, "Thanks for reaching out about the missing blue features. We are aware of this issue and understand how frustrating this might be. Our team is working to resolve this." but the tickets never stay open. There is no way to get my money back, as I understand it. Anyone else had a similar issue or suggest a way to get this moving?

Has he paid the rent X owes? The severance? You know how sometimes someone will say “awe, pay me back later, I know you’re good for it.” Whatever the opposite of that is called is what’s going on here. He’s not good for it.
