This one is not even alpha. He claims it's all neural nets, complete end-to-end machine learning with some sophisticated data curation in between. I have to admit that i did not see this coming.
2. Both he and Tesla have lost benefit of the doubt for their promises. I suspect this is just a move to bolster the stock price so he can make some personal cash.
