Ask HN: ChatGPT-like hallucinations after excessive use of AI?

Not sure how long this has been going on for but I often hallucinate text both when I read or write. I might read a comment but somehow my brain gets something completely different. Same thing with writing: my brain thinks of one thing but I somehow write another completely unrelated piece of text. This feels pretty similar to ChatGPT and I wonder if using ChatGPT has made me more AI-like.
