Ask HN: Best compiler/interpreter books in 2023?

So.. what are the best books to learn compiler and interpreter design nowadays? I'm specifically interested in two areas: compiling to C for making extensions and building interpreters with modern (fast) garbage collectors. I am particularly interested/involved with stuff in C, ML(s), and Scheme(s) but open to any suggestions!
