Ask HN: Hacker/Entrepreneur scene in Munich, Germany?

Hello all, I'm an embedded software engineer living in Spain, and I have been offered a Job in Munich, Germany. The money would not be that different from my current job, I would do it mostly because I need a change of scenery, the opportunity of learning a new language, and Munich looks like a nice place where to live.

I would like to ask some of the local hackers if there is a relevant entrepreneur/hacker scene there, and also, how difficult is to open your own company in Germany (in Spain it's ridiculously difficult) since this is a medium/long term objective/wet dream of mine.
