What are your favorite benefits you have negotiated other than salary/equity?

I'm wrapping up an interview process and expecting an offer shortly. I think they will come in close to my desired range, so I'm interested in out-of-the-box benefits I might not ever have thought to ask for.

The role (and the company) is already remote (my strong preference) with "unlimited" PTO, and I'm short on creative ideas!

Nice tech.

An office with a door.

hahahaha, office with a door - 100% worth its weight in gold.
The company is all remote, so I think providing my own door is on me!
If you're in a city where it's offered in person, the 12 week (3h/week) Dale Carnegie training course. Costs about $2K. Will help the company and you. Adaptable to any role and level. The remote version or multi-day compressed version cannot replace the 12 week version, because most of the benefits are gained in the weeklong interval between classes.
30 hour work week with full pay.
not super impressive but negotiated a promotion (got it on paper) to be retained if I stayed when I gave my notice. I still didn't take it but it was a small personal victory.
got to keep the internship laptop
Covering your deductible on your healthcare plan. I had a friend with this benefit and it was super important because she had an expensive medicine.

I saw a colleague who specifically put in his contract that he always had whatever dates this one convention occurred in off.

Before I was a remote worker, I had it put into my contract that must be allowed to leave work by 1 hour before sunset. I have poor eye sight at night, and must drive when the sun is up for safety. I never wanted to be penalized for taking off early in the winter. Someone could say I could invoke ADA, but it's just easier to just have it in the contract up front.

I had a colleague who negotiated an specific office chair because he has a bad back. It wasn't super expensive or anything, but important to him.

That's all I could think of off the top of my head.

Going snowboarding with the team if it’s a pow day.
