Young Founder Seeks Hacker Mentor
I'm a startup founder in my early 20s. I had a very untraditional educational experience that let me explore programming as a young teenager. Since my mid-teens I've worked as a software engineer at a few companies, rising to lead the team building experimental new products somewhere a lot of you may have heard of.
Starting in 2020, I mentored around 5 people who had technical careers but wanted to learn programming. It was highly rewarding and enabled me to develop massively as a teacher and a leader.
Last year I started my own company with two others. I'm the only engineering founder and the others founders are older seasoned business people. We are in the AI space and looking to raise our A round. I know many highly-competent technical ICs and a good few people on the leadership and management side. But what I want to meet is the technical person come leader; a hacker first and organiser second.
If that's you or someone you know, please reach out to me. I am highly interested in the choices and mistakes this person made. If you have a relationship like this in your life, where did you meet them?
