Ask HN: Advice on which startup to work for (UK)

I have currently a job offer and I am currently facing a difficult decision to take it or stay with my current startup. I don't want to share the details on a public forum but would like some external point of view from some experienced and unbiased people. In particular, I am interested to find out if I am getting a fair deal regarding stock options (UK market), but would also welcome some opinion about the startups themselves.
