Ask HN: How do you do habit tracking?

As per title... How do you do (if you do) habit tracking?

I'm looking for help in establishing new (better) habits, and maybe it'd help if i could like, visualize a streak or something. Or maybe visualize progresses and stuff like that.

What's your advice on this topic?

You can use an application called Habitify, it is very instinctive.

An even better option is to download a Habitos atomicos template, and have it in your home. The dopamine you get from checking your habits makes you keep on doing them.

With a notebook and a pen. I just write down the habits i want to build every day like meditation, reading or going to the gym. Then i just tick them off during the day after i do them.
