The only dictionary provided with my Kindle Paperwhite was a simplified Chinese to English dictionary that was frankly not that good. So I took the freely available MOEDict[1] dictionary data and turned into a Kindle dictionary that I can use. I'll probably write up a description of the process at some point for others who need to do something similar in the future.
I believe this is now the best traditional Chinese-Chinese Kindle dictionary out there now, and best of all it is free!
