The Sovereign Individual gives us another perspective on the so-called 1990s California Ideology. Where Wired Magazine and The WELL find their roots in the 1960s back-to-the-land communard movement and the social application of Cybernetics, Reese-Mogg and Davidson come from a hard money libertarian background. Yet somehow these two camps seem to arrive at a similar techno-utopian vision.
