Being a BoA business customer, I'm very familiar with the 'point of pain'. They're the worst bank I've ever had to interact with. Their always screwing up something and their credit and debit cards are constantly rejecting charges for 'fraud' that are clearly not fraud. I have to call them several times a month when my card is locked for recurring charges I've specifically asked them to allow each month (same day, same amount - each month).

I do not recommend.
