After seven years of on-and-off work, having a kid, the pandemic, and failing to find a publisher to fund it, I'm finally releasing my puzzle-platforming Metroidvania game, Moustachevania, for free along with its source code.
This was built in Unity.
I'm happy to answer any questions about building the game or why I wasn't able to find a publisher and/or finish the game.
(Looks like I shouldn't have filled in the URL if I wanted to default to people seeing the text? I may have to do this again in a week with a different format.)
I wonder if this post would get more traction if it was submitted as a Show HN. You’re (meaning the submitter) the author and the game is free, so I think it meets the requirements for Show HN.
