Ask HN: Any tips for killer software consulting presentation?

I need some help and suggestions about making good presentation to educate and convince my potential client for a software maintenance contract

currently I try to copy Ian Sommervile's software maintenance and evolution to answer what, why, and how then after that I try to laid out about pricing/cost of software maintenance is there any point should I add?, this is my first project as an independent consultant

any guidance like link for me to learn more is appreciated too
