What are enterprise worried about for AI compliance for LLMs?

Based on our conversations, most enterprises are looking to build controls in to models based on data used to train/fine-tune these LLMs. Is any of this based on the new/upcoming regulations, or do these follow from existing data privacy/security regulations?
