If you have any awareness about how harmful personal data can be, you probably wouldn't send your saliva into the internet. Of course, this is just another data breach, another hack. It really makes for daily reading. But the theft of genetic personal data makes it so much worse. And that the profiles are on sale on the Dark Web for $10 a time just underlines how how little personal data is worth, and yet how much it can really cost the victims. That's just my two cents, but it's a fascinating story nonetheless.
