Settings -> Face ID & Passcode -> Reset Face ID

or wait until beard has regrown

It seems like they added an "alternative face" feature - managed to scan that after putting in my password

regrow the beard -> log in -> opt out -> shave -> profit

No, kidding but I used a old beard from a Halloween costume when it happened to me. Had to trim it so it fitted my old beard better.
