Smartphone/web hackers/designer: join a 4-person post-series-A team (YC W12)

We make "TiKL - Touch to Talk", one of the top social apps on Android and iOS. It turns your smartphone is a realtime walkie-talkie with instant messaging. The user base grew organically from zero to 22 million in 20 months without any marketing.

We just closed an over-subscribed series A round. We invite iOS/Android/WP7/web hackers/designer to join a 4-person team in the current YC batch and help grow the user base from 22 million to 200 million. Based in the bay area, we offer a fun working environment, competitive compensation and excellent opportunities to own significant equity in a hot startup backed by all-star investors.

Required:

* Expert in networking, multimedia and multitasking on iOS or Android or WP7, or expert in extreme-scale web development.

* Strong understanding and passion for intuitive and elegant consumer-oriented UI

* Passion for quickly producing beautiful code/design and finding simple elegant solutions to hard problems

* "Whatever it takes" altitude, never settles, loves fast-paced dynamic startup environment

Plus:

* Experience in developing VoIP smartphone apps

* Experience with echo cancellation

* Experience with Facebook and Twitter mobile/web SDK
