Book recommendation on company structures (flat, hierarchical etc.)

The company I work for is expanding, and there is a growing need for structure (right now it is quite flat). As I have only worked within this company, I lack knowledge of alternative company structures. Can you recommend books or articles on this topic?

Growth and structure is something to consider, but typically establishing and maintaining culture across a growing company is the challenge.

I'd like to recommend adding culture development and curation to your list.
