Communities for authors of open source libraries and tools

Is there an existing community (Discord, Slack, Reddit, etc) for open source library authors looking for feedback and discussion around managing and developing open source libraries?

I'm a solo open source library developer, and I'd love to be able to bounce ideas off of others in similar boats.
