Good resources to learn to become a cryptography engineer?

Istudied math/cryptography in undergrad and understand the constructions theoretically. I currently work as a software engineer in a different field. I would like to learn Rust and work through some implementations of various ZK protocols, and potentially within a few months apply to cryptography engineer jobs.

where is a good place to start? are there any common beginner projects or resources to work through?
