At New Resilience, our mission is to make therapy accessible around the clock, and we're excited to introduce our beta product. We've developed a chatbot in close collaboration with an experienced licensed therapist. Please note that the experience is currently optimized for web use, with a mobile app coming soon.

Although we are not currently HIPAA compliant, we are planning to do that once we are done with validation.

Here is how to get started

To create a new account, visit this URL: https://chat.newresilience.ai/signup. Please enter 4R6d11Ff for the access code.

After creation of the account, to begin your therapy journey with New Reslience, go to the product login page at https://chat.newresilience.ai and log in with your newly created account credentials.

When using the product, you will notice two options for bots to be used - the CBT bot and the therapist bot. The therapist bot is trained on a licensed therapist, and in the future, it will be your therapist's bot version.

Normally I’m all for rapid validation of ideas, but this is one of the areas in which I think it is not a great idea.

Just because you are validating an idea does not absolve you from being properly licensed to provide mental healthcare. Be aware you are likely putting the therapist’s license in jeopardy, and as you are offering healthcare services you are likely still required to be HIPAA compliant. There are also possibly even further data protections you are expected to comply with given the likelihood you will have information on mental health, substance abuse and sexual history.

Notwithstanding the 'you will kill people' opinion, first impressions are that a wall of text as a response is very much less than appealing. Even bullet points would be more helpful. Ideally shorter, more empathetic responses which ask questions for context etc would be a huge improvement. At the moment it's almost unusable..
