Ask HN: ChatGPT Plus a lot worse since update?

Are you also experiencing this? It's like the latest update is a shadow of its former self. I get random errors much more often, I haven't been able to continue a conversation I had just a few days ago. And it also seems like I am stuck with the text GPT-4, meaning when I want to generate an image I merely get the description of an image in text! I was so happy before this update, I get that it can't be perfect from the start but at least not worse than before?
