Resources for Keeping Up with Enterprise AI?

Hi all! I got added to a team recently focused on AI adoption at a corporate enterprise scale. The current licensing on Microsoft, given existing tech stack, but we're also evaluating the landscape at large. There's obviously an endless sea of cutting edge "thought leaders" that all claim to have the only opinion worth listening to. But what sites, podcasts, etc, have you found that actually seem to hold up on the topic of enterprise AI implementation? Or in general, if there's not much in that space yet.
