Interesting reading, but not very convincing of what seems to be an ulterior supposition. Oswald had defected to the Soviet union, so it would follow that James Angleton's paranoid counter intelligence office would have closely monitored him. The same way that the office opened the mail of American citizens.

The article seems to go a long way to hint that Oswald had the assistance of the CIA in the assassination of Kennedy. Beginning with Oliver Stone and highlighting how many of the CIA and upper government echelons loathed the President.

I almost get the impression of someone sitting on the other side of looking at me going "see !" But.. no I don't see.

There is absolutely nothing in this that even hints that the CIA knew that Oswald would kill Kennedy, or that they had a hand in it. It's entirely possible they were tracking him, but how many times have we heard that a mass shooter was "known to police/the FBI" ?

After reading this through twice, I am still convinced that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy. That doesn't rule out that there might have been a second shooter unknown to each other, but I'm still convinced Oswald did it.

If you've not been to Daly Plaza, in Dallas, Texas, I encourage you to go. It's nothing like you see on TV.
