Sad to see Jeff bragging about the post getting shutdown, while also promoting himself by sharing the content. Sad to see hin call out crowdsourcing a knowledge as counter to the goal of Stack Exchange.
I confess I’ve submitted a smug report before, but it had an important ulterior motive. When I originally reported the bug, it was ignored. When I reported it again, guessing information about the system, they fixed the bug (probably because they went off to prove me wrong about everything and accidentally reproduced the problem).
Can you explain the misogyny? I'm not able to recognize it.
The only potential I'm seeing is the 'mad girlfriend' bug, but that could be rewritten as the 'mad partner' bug without any change in meaning, so I don't see any misogyny.

Should be "if tall the man is".
Also, in the Egyptian bracket style example, the printf line is not indented on my screen, making my eyes bleed.
An actually useful habit for those times one typos `=` instead of `==`.
At the opposite, in my long professional life, I never saw such a bug or it not being noticed in the second.
