It works partly, but I can't solve all issues, there are even issues in the AndroidX libraries. However, Google requires all issues to be solved. It is frustratingly slow, so I might need to put days or even weeks of effort into it, with an unknown outcome, and that's not particularly motivating. I'll see what Google says first.
