Wish employers would be honest. It’s obvious they’re planning to do layoffs.

This doesn't seem like a good way to keep their best employees, at a time when they really need them.

Saying this as someone who lost out on this program mid stream (meaning I signed a tender offer but the contract was canceled days before I was due to receive funds) - this is something that is out of Cruise’s hands from the looks of it. GM is the one who buys these shares, so presumably given their financial recent position and all the recent incidents - something had to be done. Really not great that this happened literally days before funds arrived, but I don’t think attrition is top concern right now for leadership. Looks to be beginning of the end :/
