I read that Satya was livid about not being consulted (or even informed!) of the vote in advance.

Apparently he's now threatening to help Sam poach all of of OpenAI's top talent, turn off their servers, then sue them:

There were many comments when Microsoft invested in for-profit subside, that they bought OpenAI. Now we will see if those comments were right.
