Ask HN: What's the right business model for the New York Times?
For many, it's become obvious that the historically effective business models employed at newspapers all over the world aren't working as well as they used to.
I often see people suggesting that they find a new business model that works in an age of Internet, smartphones, and tablets, but I rarely see any specific suggestions.
