Private relay does that to me, and then the site blocks cloudflare even if I turn that off. If I turn on my VPN it works though. Edit: not all locations seem to work. I picked Spain by chance and that worked.
People claim it's due to an issue with Cloudflare and location data... but I get different results depending on device and browser.
I have a Mac where Firefox goes to captcha loop but chrome doesn't. Meanwhile I have a PC where Firefox works fine. All on the same internet connection.
Edit: this prompted me to look into it and in my case I think it's an issue with recent increased protections introduced in Safari. Firefox seems to work for me.

The reason he got ejected was clearly a failure to disclose something very important and somewhat critical to being able to perform a role of OpenAI CEO and be aligned with the OpenAI nonprofit charter. SamChip or WofldCoin crisis maybe. Hard to tell what was it.
