Women - they often have experiences and perspectives different from mine, which makes for interesting conversation.
They really do - I notice that in my conversations with other men there are maybe 7 predominant topics. How Much Money You Make, SPORTZZ!!, motor vehicles of any stripe, etc. With women you get a lot richer palette and conversationally that seems to be more interesting usually. Now tiring people are tiring people mind you but I'll take a chat with an interesting female any day as it's generally a more stimulating experience.
non-duality: thinking about the big bang scientifically and pondering if it all started with one conscious entity that split into other seemingly separate entities with amnesia* of the fact they are not really separate. I find this interesting because I wonder if I'm one of those entities with amnesia and a bunch of religious stuff I always thought was nonsense might not be.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnesia - slightly tech, and the best name in computer science for a database that's not supposed to forget anything.

Psychology and human behavior - because people do the damndest things don't they?
