Yesterday [0] I thought it likely some Twitter lawyer would have talked him out of anything foolish and Musk would be busy finding excuses/rationalizations for not going through with it. I was wrong... but it'll still be fun to watch with popcorn.

I'd also like to highlight funny tweets (mirror link for convenience [1]) that someone mentioned in the Techdirt-article comments. The Tweet-author is explaining the dumb-ness of Musk's lawsuit in, er, amusingly simple language:
