There's no evidence that Microsoft removed this. It's much more likely that the Gist author, Xe, deleted it.
That's true. We don't have evidence that Microsoft has done it.

But this is the risk when there is conflict of interest with big corporations.

The HN submission title “Microsoft removed a gist from Sam Altman critics” is misleading then, can you update it?
Is there any evidence suggesting MS removed the gist? Last I checked the comments were being spammed after Musk posted about it, and the poster asked on HN how to disable comments on a gist. Seems like ample reason for the poster to remove it themself.
