Only way to go about it is to quit Sweden entirely and clearly threaten to quit every other country that demands the same. Good luck getting Chinese who will have to replace Tesla (for lack of any other options), to sign those agreements.
I'm not sure if I understand your point. Why the Chinese specifically? So far, pretty much every company in Sweden have been able to live with Swedish unions. I can't really see why something Chinese owned shouldn't be able to. After all, Chinese businesses and investors seem to like Sweden just fine:
Volvo/Polestar is owned by the Chinese now and they seem to have no problem with the unions.
Unions operate similarly in much of Northern Europe.. you could trigger a conflict with EU, and you think Tesla would want to risk much of the European market? Tesla wouldn’t exist without Europe (well, mostly Norway)
How about they just respect workers rights? Here’s a crazy idea: give the same rights to workers in the US too.
… I mean, Top Electric Car Manufacturer in Sweden right now would appear to be VW Group, which is German, not Chinese. But also, like, I’d assume BYD will comply here? Foreign companies going into the Nordics with a “we’ll just ignore the system” record… well, it hasn’t gone _great_ for them. Carface isn’t the first one to try this, you realise?
