Two years ago, there was a “dry turkey” thread after Thanksgiving.

Sharing recipes before turkeys go in ovens makes more sense to me.

So how do you cook your bird?

I'm Italian but married with a US citizen. I found out that the recipe essentially is:

- Turkey

- Butter on the outside

- Butter on the inside

- More butter
