Normally I wouldn't upvote this because it feels news-adjacent, but this is a really interesting documentary. It's not impartial (no reporting on war will ever be) but it's very well-presented journalism and quite technically interesting. It's a harrowing look at what surveillance can turn into in an isolated space.
Kids will be taught in history class and wonder how all of this was allowed, and I don't ever think we'll have an answer for them. It's all so shameful
