There are around a hundred million highly educated people who can't get work because their families make them stay at home.

This surely represents an opportunity for some entrepreneur.

I wish in the US women had this opportunity too. It's crazy that women are forced to work in the US because without a dual income, a family can't survive.

Many families in America can't survive even with a dual income.

That's incredibly sad. For those of us in tech it feels almost like a hack to survive this economic mess.
They probably mean female labor force non participation rate. The unemployment rate is probably zero, given there isn’t a minimum wage.
Such ridiculous redefinitions of terms only happens in the US for propaganda purposes, and it works. Anywhere else, "unemployment rate" means what you'd think it means.
